There is the possibility of a pricing error occurring on the web site. If an error, such as the incorrect placement of a decimal point occurs, a $120.00 item may be incorrectly listed as a $12.00 item. We reserve the right to change or correct pricing at any time.

Member Policy

H.L. Flake takes the every precaution to sell only to qualified businesses, individuals, and locksmiths. H.L. Flake reserves the right to refuse service, membership, items, and/or programs to any individual and/or organization at any time.

Locksmith License Policy

Certain states require a locksmith license to purchase certain tools and/or parts. Please check your state regulations before ordering certain lockout tools/parts.

Return Policy

For items other than electronic merchandise and software, returns are allowed within 30 days of invoice with an approved RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). All electronic merchandise and software are non-refundable. Items must be in original condition, unopened, and uninstalled. All returned goods are subject to 15% minimum restocking fee. Warranties are subject to manufacturer’s policy.
